2020 SCRANTON BOYS CLUB BASKETBALL REGISTRATION!
You can now register online for our 2020 basketball program. It is for all boys Kindergarten thru 6th grade and the fee is $40. You can go to http://johnsoncountybc.website.sportssignup.com/ to get registered.
Online registration will be open until December 13 and paper form registration dates for Scranton will be Wednesday Dec. 4th from 4:30-6:30 at the storm shelter at the school.
Drafts for Scranton will be in late December and league will start playing in early January, actual dates will be announced at a later time.

SHS Booster Club Parents/Athletes: Poinsettia order is being placed at noon today. If you have not turned in your form by noon, your plants will not get ordered.

Rocket 7th grade and junior high basketball teams will travel to Johnson County Westside on Tuesday, December 3. Games will begin at 4pm.

Brackets for our Logan County Bank Holiday Classic Tournament starting at Monday, Dec 2.



The LCB Holiday Classic will start on Monday, Dec 2. We are asking each basketball player in grades 7-12 to bring $5 to help with hospitality as well as bring a dessert on the designated day. Money may be given to Ashley at concession tonight or sent to school to give to either coach or Lesley. Dessert schedule: Mon - Senior Girls; Wed - Junior Girls; Thurs - Junior Boys; Sat - Senior Boys.

Athletes/Parents: We draw TONIGHT for the $2000 raffle...if you still have tickets, we need them by 5pm! Poinsettia fundraiser forms/money are due TOMORROW, please turn them in tonight or send with your child tomorrow. We appreciate the dedication of our parents to the athletic program!

SHS will be hosting a basketball camp for students in grades K-6 on Jan 2-3, 2020. Registration forms will be available at the home ball games and will be sent home in SES backpacks after Thanksgiving break! Spread the word, we'd love to have all area kids here to have fun! Registration will be $25 and will include a camp t-shirt if registered by Dec 13!!

Thanksgiving family meal time in the Scranton School of Opportunity.




Baylee Linker, AR Tech Career Center Counselor, and Lance Davis, Criminal Justice instructor at the Clarksville Career Center visited with 8th and 9th grader students today to discuss Career Center opportunities! SHS student Colbin Weymouth is in his second year in the Criminal Justice program at Clarksville, and he assisted with the presentation as well!


Reminder that SHS Booster Club is selling tickets to win $2000 CASH. Drawing is Monday night between Jr & Sr games. See an SHS athlete or booster member to purchase a ticket before they're all gone!
