So proud of Elijah Stovall and Jacob Periman for competing in the Special Olympics Bowling competition at Bowling World in Ft Smith today. Elijah received a 3rd place ribbon for his age group and Jacob received a 1st place ribbon for his age group! Great job of representing Scranton High School! SHS Rocket basketball is upon us! Season kicks off on Thursday, October 17, at 6:30 p.m. with purple and gold games! Admission will be items for the backpack program or the SHS school store. Come out and support the Rockets and students in our school! Go Rockets!!

SHS student athletes and parents are invited to the annual Booster Club picnic/meeting on Tuesday, October 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Scranton City Park. Athletes are asked to bring a dessert! Season will kick off on Thursday with the Purple & Gold games!! Go Rockets!!

SES K-2 students had a visit today from the Scranton Fire Department to talk about fire safety for fire safety week. Students got to climb through the truck to see the inside and turn on the siren or toot the horn as well as see water shoot from the truck!
